Personal Tax For Directors

As a rule anyone who is a company director must file a tax return every year.

Many people who are employed as company directors will wish to use an accountant of their choice to prepare annual tax returns, often they have assets or interests which make their tax returns very complex and so need some advice. Also they may not want to disclose all their financial issues to their employers.

Many wealthy people now have properties which they rent out and so need some advice or help to ensure they understand the tax on buying, renting and ultimately selling property.

We will give you proactive advice on what is best for you and take care of the administration and tax legislation, preparing and submitting self assessment tax returns, on your behalf.

We work closely with you through each section, determining the information required to ensure your tax returns are completed properly and on time.

We will than liaise with HMRC on any issues they may raise.

Directors of a company that is dormant may not be required to complete a tax return.
